Contrast: the state of being strikingly different from something else, typically something in juxtaposition or close association.




 Emphasis:special importance, value, or prominence given to something.



Balance:refers to the sense of distribution of perceived visual weights that offset one another. We feel more comfortable--and therefore find it more pleasing--when the parts of an artwork seem tobalance each other.


proportion: In art the size relationship between an object and the human body is significant. In experiencing the scale of an artwork we tend to compare its size to the size of our own bodies. Proportion refers to the relative size of parts of a whole (elements within an object).



perspective: In drawing or painting, a way of portraying three dimensions on a flat, two-dimensional surface by suggesting depth or distance.

Write a one paragraph advertisement of your ability to create art for hire using Adobe Photoshop  (if you are in periods 1, 2, 3 or 6) or Autodesk Maya (if enrolled in periods 4, 5, 7, or 8). Make your pitch appealing and interesting, and proof read to ensure that there are no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors in your advertisement.
